Upcoming Events and Reminders

• There will be a Board of Directors meeting at Gander Mountain, 3940 Elmore Avenue, Davenport, IA (563-344-8880) on Wednesday, April 2nd at 6:30PM. I will provide an Agenda for the meeting as soon as possible.



• FROM THE SECRETARY: I received a call from Jeff Glaw, IDNR Biologist about the Princeton Wildlife Area and our use of that property. Jeff would like to meet with us during our Training Session at Princeton on Sunday, April 20th and discuss how we can work together to improve the property. Specifically, Jeff is looking to further identify our concerns about the property and get an idea of the level of support we can provide in resolving those concerns. Jeff will also be able to tell us what he (IDNR) can do for us in support of our efforts. A strong showing of MVHRC members would be appreciated, especially from those who have already put forth the time and effort to improve the property. Your experience at Princeton will go a long way in explaining our priorities for the property.---Thanks, Bill



• Don't forget to renew your Iowa Hunting License before the upcoming training dates.  DNR will be checking.
